Product Description
Green aventurine gets its characteristic teal-green color from fuchsite - chromium-bearing mica inclusions within quartzite. The flecks of mica give the stone a natural sparkle that shows beautifully in crushed form. Our coarse-grind aventurine sand preserves the largest visible particles, showing the stone's teal-green color at its richest.
For Jewelry Makers & Crafters
Coarse green aventurine sand creates a rich teal-green accent in resin casting, crystal bezels, epoxy river tables, and mosaic inlay. The mica inclusions add a natural sparkle to finished resin pieces. Pairs well with silver, copper, and natural wood tones. Popular for nature-inspired and earthy jewelry and art.
For Wood Inlay Artists
The coarse grind packs cleanly into routed grooves and creates a teal-green inlay that works beautifully against warm wood tones. The subtle mica sparkle adds visual interest to finished inlay work.
For Orgonite & Energy Art
Green aventurine is a popular choice for orgonite pyramid casting. Its teal-green color and natural mica sparkle create a distinctive, luminous layer in pyramid and sculpture work.
For body care applications, see our Green Aventurine Fine powder.
