Shipping policy

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will be processed and prepared for fulfillment within one business day. Once processed, email notification with package tracking will be sent to the customer. North American deliveries are estimated to take between two to five days based on distance from our Fairfax, Virginia warehouse. International orders will have varying transit times based on destination country. If the order is withheld by the destination country's customs authority, the Customer is responsible to retrieve their package in a timely manner. Customer is responsible for any import/customs duties that would levied against the shipment.
