Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide great customer satisfaction with our product. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@peprocks.com within 7 days of delivery of your product(s) to request a return authorization. Upon receiving your return authorization, your purchased good must be received within 14 days at Positive Products Group offices. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned product(s) must be in its original condition. Failure to return the product(s) within the appropriate window of time, or in altered condition will result in denial of refund request.

Any order can be cancelled for a full refund before your product(s) are shipped.

Return Policy does not apply to personalized products, or those on sale or clearance.
